Service delivery
Glxymesh is a digital service with nothing shipped. Access starts when you sign up, and paid plans activate as soon as payment succeeds.
Glxymesh is an online software service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
When you get access
Section titled “When you get access”- Free plan: as soon as you create an account at accounts.glxymesh.com.
- Paid plans and credits: as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment. The console shows the new plan or credit balance immediately.
- Tools you publish: reach the runtime within about 15 seconds of a successful
gxmesh push.
A GST invoice for every payment is available under Billing in the console and is emailed to the organization’s owner.
If something doesn’t activate
Section titled “If something doesn’t activate”If you paid and the plan or credits don’t appear within an hour, email billing@glxymesh.com with the payment reference. If we can’t activate it, we refund the payment in full, as described in Refunds and cancellation.
