Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Abhishek Mourya, a sole proprietorship in India trading as Glxymesh (“Glxymesh”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, using the gxmesh CLI, or calling a Glxymesh MCP endpoint, you agree to them. If you use Glxymesh for a company or other organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

Glxymesh hosts MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools. You write a tool, the platform builds it and runs it in a WebAssembly sandbox, and MCP clients reach every tool in a project through one authenticated endpoint. The docs describe how the platform works and its current limits.

Accounts and organizations

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• An organization owns its projects, tools, secrets and billing. The organization’s owner decides who is a member, and is responsible for what its members do on the platform.
• Give us accurate information, including billing details used on tax invoices.

Your tools and content

You keep all rights to the code, manifests, project descriptions and other content you upload (“your content”). You give us a limited licence to store, build, run and display your content, only as needed to provide the service to you and to the people you let call your tools. This includes sending your tool’s source, manifest and project description to our AI provider to generate the documentation your MCP endpoint serves, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your tools: what they do, the hosts they call, the data they handle, and their compliance with the law and with the terms of any API they use. You must have the rights to everything you upload.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove a tool or suspend access that breaks it.

Plans, billing and taxes

• Prices, included usage and limits for each plan are shown in the console when you choose a plan. The Free plan stops serving calls when its allowance is used up.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees. Usage above a plan’s allowance is billed at the listed rates, up to the spend cap set for the organization.
• Invoices are issued by Glxymesh and include GST where it applies. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.
• If a payment fails, we may limit the organization to Free plan limits until it is paid.

Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refunds and cancellation policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Glxymesh available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and do not offer a service level agreement. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell the organization’s owner by email before it takes effect.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Glxymesh and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with notice where practical, if you break these terms, if your use puts the platform or other users at risk, if payment is overdue, or if the law requires it. When an account or organization is deleted, its tools stop serving and its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep by law.

Disclaimers

Glxymesh is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI models decide for themselves whether and how to call your tools; we are not responsible for what a model or client does with a tool’s output.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Glxymesh is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You will compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your tools, or your breach of these terms or the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. For material changes, we will notify organization owners by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Glxymesh after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
